Truecaller and CyberPeace Foundation Launch Campaign on Online Safety

Truecaller and the CyberPeace Foundation have teamed up to launch the #TrueCyberSafe campaign, which focuses on online safety.

According to a statement, the joint initiative aims to raise awareness and train people to combat cyber frauds in order to facilitate a safer communication experience.

It added “Truecaller along with CyberPeace Foundation is geared up to take a step ahead by training people to help them in developing the requisite skills to have a safe digital experience and aiding them in nurturing the faculties of critical thinking and empathy,”

People will be able to combat various types of online frauds, impersonation, harassment, and scams with the certification developed along with Autobot Infosec.

It said “The safety trainings will be held in 5 regions across India to increase awareness about the steps that our users can take to avoid fraud, spam and scams,”
