SentinelOne a global leader in autonomous cybersecurity, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Observo AI, a fast-growing innovator in AI-driven observability and security data analytics. The acquisition strengthens SentinelOne’s Singularity Platform with advanced AI capabilities designed to deliver deeper insights, faster threat detection, and enhanced security operations automation at scale.
Observo AI’s cutting-edge platform enables organizations to leverage large volumes of telemetry and observability data using advanced machine learning models, providing real-time visibility and context across complex environments. With this acquisition, SentinelOne aims to integrate Observo AI’s capabilities directly into the Singularity Platform, enhancing its native data ingestion, correlation, and analysis features to create a more intelligent and autonomous SOC (Security Operations Center) experience.

Transaction Details
The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
