Ravindra Pingle has been recently appointed as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at HDFC Pension. He is currently responsible with protecting the HDFC Pension’s sensitive information infrastructure and driving a culture of security across operations.
With over 19 years of experience in information security sector, he has built a reputation as a cyber security leader who is committed to securing critical digital assets. Throughout his career, he has been successful in leading large-scale security initiatives and implemented global frameworks, and strengthened the information security of organizations.
Before joining HDFC Pension, he served as the Head of Information Security (ISO) at Lyra, where he led strategic initiatives to bolster business continuity management, penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security audits. He also worked at FIS for more than 6 years, holding positions of Senior Manager – Information Security and Information Security Manager. He also held the worked in the position of Assistant Manager – Information Technology Security at Integreon, overseeing vendor management, internal audits, and compliance measures to mitigate the cybersecurity risks.
