Barbara Kissner has been appointed Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Tassat, a global provider of financial technologies and products for digital payments. Kissner will manage the company’s infrastructure, technology, and data security.
Ms. Kissner will be in charge of developing Tassat’s overall information security strategy, overseeing all security processes, and ensuring rigorous due diligence practices.
Ms. Kissner is a expert in technology transformation, cybersecurity, risk management, organizational resiliency and governance with more than 25 years of experience designing and overseeing security systems for financial services firms.
She has held a number of executive positions during her career, including EVP and Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Amalgamated Bank and SVP, CIO, and Chief Compliance Officer for International Fidelity Insurance Company.
Ms. Kissner has significant experience overseeing technology and digital transformation projects, managing cyber security programs for global companies, and driving enterprise-level resiliency and disaster recovery strategy.
