Conglomerate Adani Group has hired Shivkumar Pandey as its Group CISO.
With more than 23 years of experience in various industries, Pandey is currently heading the Adani Group’s cybersecurity function and will oversee strategic cybersecurity initiatives and ensure cyber security for both IT and OT systems.
Before joining Adani, Pandey was with BSE Ltd. as its Group CISO. He played a key role in implementing the industry’s first next-generation information and cyber security operations center, demonstrating a continued track record of ensuring the availability and protection of information systems. He has experience in cyber security and IT service delivery in rapidly changing industries such as BFSI, ITES and Telecom and has worked for the National Payment Corporation of India, Reliance JIO, SUD Life, Future Generali India, Kotak Mahindra, and Tata AIG.
