Secunia, said that it has been acquired by Flexera Software for an undisclosed sum.
Flexera, says Secunia’s Software Vulnerability Management solutions are synergistic with Flexera’s Software License Optimization solution and “underscore the critical relationship” between Software Asset Management (SAM) and cybersecurity.
